Facilities for people with disabilities

We have made sure that our centre is comprehensively adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

• Our Reception Desk offers the possibility of renting a wheelchair.
• There are 25 parking spaces for people with disabilities in the car park. Spaces for people with disabilities are located right next to the entrances to the centre, on both levels of the car park.
• A system for calling for help has been installed in the toilets.
• Simple communication system of the centre, wide passages, comfortable entrances and the surface around.
• Contrasting markings on the doors.
• Installed Totupoint navigation and information system to help blind and visually impaired people navigate the centre.
• Possibility to use the induction loop service and the "Migam" sign language interpreter at the centre's Reception Desk.
• Training of the centre's staff in the field of supporting people with disabilities.
